Protein bar as meal replacement has become a concept that attracted weight loss seekers. I admit trying to get into this meal replacement trend one time in my life.
I don’t like eating less. Maybe replace my meals with something that makes me less hungry? It explains why I tried taking some calcium supplements in the past for the sake of less hunger pangs. It’s a path way easier for me to take than getting into protein shakes.
On my side of this world, it’s way easier to find protein shakes or supplements than any protein bar as meal replacement.
You want to make the process easier? Buy a can of tuna by the grocery or your favorite supermarket. Or a kilogram of tilapia from your wet market supplier. If some websites pitch tilapia as the ultimate substitute for salmon, you’d find several wet markets in the countryside selling tilapia.
Then I hear your thoughts going “But I live in the city under lockdown. Can’t get out to buy some groceries, let alone some protein supplements.”
If you’re currently anywhere in North America waiting for the dust to settle – pick between pandemic or some other source of inconvenience that pushed your local governments to get everyone stuck at home – then all that’s left for you to do is order online.
Lockdown should never be an excuse not to shop for any protein bar as meal replacement.
